Valuation: is your rateable value correct?

Your property’s rateable value is set by the Valuation Office Agency (VOA) who are responsible for valuing all commercial properties in England and Wales for business rates; for Scottish properties it is the Scottish Assessors Association (SAA). However, valuations are not always accurate and can be challenged with the right knowledge and expertise – experience that Goodman Nash has developed over many decades.
