Catherine is one of Goodman Nash’s longest-serving team members and a highly experienced Senior Business Rates Consultant. With an exceptional understanding of the business rates system developed over many years, she is often the first to identify anomalies, discrepancies, or missed opportunities during her initial reviews — insights that frequently lead to substantial savings for clients.
As part of the consultancy team, Catherine specialises in assessing new properties and portfolios, clearly explaining complex rating issues, and guiding clients through the opportunities available to them. Her keen eye for detail and ability to “spot what others don’t” make her a trusted first contact for businesses seeking clarity and confidence before engaging our services.
Catherine is known for her friendly, straightforward approach and her commitment to helping clients understand exactly where value can be added. Once a case is taken on, she works closely with the broader team to ensure a smooth handover so that the technical specialists can progress the work.
Outside of work, Catherine is a devoted animal lover and shares her home with five cats and a dog — all of whom make sure there’s never a dull moment.
