Andrew formed Goodman Nash in 1994 with Alan Weston. Today, he plays a vital role in driving and developing the business. Following a career in sales, Andrew gained a formidable practical understanding of the rating system and is well known to many of the major names in the sector. A keen cyclist and a lover of most sports – particularly test-match cricket.

Alan launched Goodman Nash in 1994 and remains a driving force in the company. With over 30 years’ experience in rating taxation, Alan was one of the youngest people to become a Principal Valuer in the Valuation Office. Today, he effectively manages the business affairs of the company, working across all departments as well as being our Technical Director. Central to this role is the requirement to ensure that professional standards are maintained at all times and that the business is well positioned to respond to the challenges presented to it from budget, legislative and case law changes. He is particularly passionate about horse racing.

Before joining Goodman Nash, he spent 20 years developing critical software for the military and emergency services. In his spare time, Graham enjoys hill walking and making high-end outdoor knives.
Jason Delaney

Following a three-year career in retail management recruitment, Jason is now responsible for the company’s sales, marketing and business development. Jason is married with two young girls, and enjoys oil painting and running.
Ian Wixon
Ian WixonFinance Manager
Ian is a keen armchair fan of most sports, with the exception of cricket, and enjoys the occasional outing to watch Bath RFC. Having played a lot of sport in his youth, Ian is the perfect example of someone who “the older he gets, the better he was”.

An avid follower of politics, Ian is an old school course fisherman, enjoying a day on the bank with a good quiz to follow.

Amanda specialises in complex administration and payment solutions, and is known as the ‘engine room’ of Goodman Nash. A seasoned traveller, Amanda loves walking her dog across the rolling hills of the Marlborough Downs.

Alan progressed through the company to senior auditor level, he now manages the data team, overseeing the collection and flow of data throughout the company. A keen Wasps and West Ham fan, he is an avid watcher of Nordic Noir film and TV.
Charmaine Baker

In her spare time Charmaine loves to get creative by reading, writing and painting and her competitive side comes out when she plays hockey for her local team Somerset Gryphons. She also enjoys walking her re-homed GSD/Husky Mack with her partner and socialising regularly with friends.
Jon Perry
Jon PerryProperty Audit Manager
Before joining Goodman Nash in 2008, he worked on Revenue contracts for the City of London, Southwark and Hounslow. He now manages our London office. In his spare time, Jon is involved in voluntary work and coaches a local under-tens football team.
Tracie Tarling

In her spare time, Tracie keeps fit at the local gym, participating in regular spinning classes. She has also completed the Great South Run and a few half marathons with her friends.
